Welcome the Austin Blaze to the US Junior League!

We are excited to introduce the Austin Blaze, the newest franchise in the USJL! Representing the thriving cricket community of the Austin. The franchise is owned by Srini Vemuri.

Srini Vemuri is a technology entrepreneur and semiconductor leader with a track record of innovation in high-performance computing, microprocessor design, and blockchain infrastructure. He has held leadership roles at Intel, ARM, Oracle/Sun, Western Digital, and Cadence, contributing to milestones like the world’s first 1GHz processor.

A co-founder of ventures in RFID, AI/ML, and crypto mining chips, Srini blends deep technical expertise with business acumen. A lifelong cricketer, he remains active in U.S. leagues and is passionate about developing grassroots cricket infrastructure to support local and youth talent nationwide.

Srini holds degrees from IIT Kharagpur and the University of Iowa.
